SHANGHAI JIAO TONG UNIVERSITY

The Shanghai Jiao Tong University Men’s Basketball Team has established itself as a rising force in China’s college basketball scene. After earning a national bronze medal in the CUBS league in 2014, the team joined CUBAL in 2016 and has since made steady progress. Over the past five years, SJTU has reached the national top eight four times and, in 2025, advanced to both the CUBAL Southeast Regional final and the CUBAL National Final Four. With consistent top-tier performances, they continue to climb the ranks. Notable historic players include Hong Xin, Huang Wenqi, and Yang Haoyue.
