Jay previously was the Head of Strategic Development & Team Operations Division and Special Assistant to President Yao Ming at the CBA. He started his career in New York, working for the NBA in Global Media Distribution and Global Partnerships. Currently, Jay also serves as the Managing Director of Joe Tsai Basketball Scholarship as well as an Executive Producer of Left-Hand Layup!

Isaac was a former Clifford Chance (London) corporate lawyer. He then transitioned to become the Legal Counsel (Media &Commercial Ventures) at DAZN global sports broadcaster & streaming platform and drove expansion into key European markets. Isaac was also a Former national basketball player for Singapore. His unique and deep understanding of basketball’s ecosystem in Asia brings a key advantage for Realeague.

Natalie has 15+ years of experience in sports marketing and operations across APAC and Europe. She served as operating manager for Chinese national basketball teams through Olympic Games and FIBA World Cups, and managed FIFA licensing and retail programs in Greater China from 2021 to 2023 for both Men and Women’s World Cup.

Greg has 15 years of experience working at the NBA, where he was pivotal in launching the NBA Academy in China. He once competed as a professional basketball player in the NBA G-League and for various clubs in Japan, Australia, France, Belgium, Spain, and the Dominican Republic. Greg’s deep regional ties are vital for Realeague’s expansion across the Asia Pacific.
