Grace Chen
Founder, Graceful Media; Former Managing Director of William Morris Asia and Chief Strategy Officer at Live Nation China
With over 18 years of experience navigating the media and entertainment industries in the US and Asia, Grace Chen founded Hong Kong-based Graceful Media to enable athletes, artists, and companies to operate at the intersection of sports, music, and content in Asia. In 2022, Grace started MetaMoon Music Festival in Brooklyn for Asian artists to have a consistent and prominent stage in the US, with Forbes calling the event “a celebration of Asian culture and artists” As the former CSO of China for Live Nation, Grace has deep understanding of the ever-evolving media and entertainment landscape in China and APAC.

Masaaki Matsuzawa
Partner, Vectr Ventures; Former Chief Strategy Officer, NBA China, and Goldman Sach Asia M&A COO
In his previous role as CSO for NBA China, Masaaki led the development and execution of the NBA’s growth strategy and investments in China, looking specifically at areas such as: customer and fan engagement, e- commerce, digital and social media, and localized content production. He also provided leadership and management for the development of professional leagues such as the 2K esports league and Basketball Africa League. He was also the Former managing director and COO of Asia M&A for GS, leading the sourcing and execution of global acquisitions, divestitures, company sales, and restructurings for Asian clients.

Raphael X. Moffett
Chief Student Affairs Officer at Schwarzman Scholars, Tsinghua University
Raphael Currently serves as the Chief Student Affairs Officer at Schwarzman Scholars in Beijing, providing leadership for student development initiatives and co-curricular programs. He was the Former dean of students at Duke Kunshan University and has been involved in student life / affairs for over two decades, working with various other universities such as Georgia State, Texas Southern, and Trinity University. Raphael has extensive experience in implementing strategies related to student development, student activities, and multicultural affairs and was also a walk-on Division I basketball player at Washington State University.

Curtis Ferguson
Managing Partner, Ventech China; Former President of Coca-Cola Greater China, Korea, and Mongolia
Curtis is a 38-year veteran of The Coca-Cola Company, he led the refranchising in China to build an even stronger “two bottler” franchise system – driving the Chinese business unit to become the fastest growing market for Coca-Cola. Currently, He serves as a Managing Director of Ventech China, investing in Consumer Markets, Fin-tech, and big data. Curtis also serves as the Vice-Chairman of the American Chambers of Commerce in Shanghai.

Jamie Zaninovich
Managing Director, Trailrunner International; Former Deputy Commissioner / COO, Pac-12 Conference
Jamie has negotiated and managed long-term media rights agreements with every major U.S. broadcast outlet and partnered with professional sports leagues and teams to host large-scale events, including: NCAA March Madness, the Rose Bowl, and the College Football Playoffs. Having previously served on the NCAA Men’s Basketball Committee, he also led collegiate sports expansion and global markets business development. While acting as the COO of the Pac-12 Conference, Jamie designed and implemented the first ever collegiate conference sustainability program in the U.S.
