THE UNIVERSITY OF HONG KONG

The University of Hong Kong Men’s Basketball Team has been a dominant force in local college basketball for over 30 years, with a proud legacy in the USFHK Intercollegiate League. With five championship titles—earned in 1990, 1992, 1994, 2001, and most recently in 2025—and 11 finalist appearances overall, HKU has consistently competed at the highest level. This year marked a triumphant return to the top, as they captured their first championship in 24 years. Among their historic players is Yung Kam Wah, a standout figure in the team’s storied history.
