HAKUOH UNIVERSITY

Hakuoh University’s Men’s Basketball Team is driven by passion and a relentless spirit to push boundaries, inspired by their motto “Plus Ultra” (“Reach Beyond”). Since winning the intercollegiate championship in 2021, they’ve consistently made waves in the Japanese university basketball scene. They are two-time champions of the AJIBC All-Japan University Basketball Championship and have also claimed the KCBF Kanto University League Spring Tournament title once. In 2025, they finished as runner-up in the same tournament, continuing to build momentum. Notable historic players include Masaharu Kataoka, Reo Maeda, and Hirohide Araya.
