GAME RECAP

Peking University ended this one early, opening on a 31-8 first quarter in which CUHK missed all 10 of their 3's, and the lead never dropped below 17 the rest of the way.

CUHK steadied themselves in the 2nd and won the quarter 26-20, cutting the deficit to 51-34 by halftime.

PKU put it away in the 3rd, winning the quarter 33-10 to push the lead to 50. Zhang Baowen (张宝文) finished with 16 points on 4 3's, Angsaer Muheyati (昂萨尔·木合亚提) added 16 in just 16 minutes, Wang Zhipeng (汪志鹏) had 13 points and 8 rebounds, and PKU's bench scored 42 with 12 players seeing time on the floor.

Han Xin Yao (韓鑫垚) had 10 points and 9 rebounds for CUHK in their first-ever AUBL game, scoring all 10 before halftime.

LOOKING AHEAD

CUHK are back tomorrow at 14:00 HKT to face Yonsei and need a win to keep their playoff hopes alive. Peking University play Yonsei on Monday at 19:30 HKT, where a win locks up their spot in the playoffs.
